Introduction

In this game, you will play as a student studying art in England. You will need to choose a fellow student to be your partner for a group assignment. Make sure you choose carefully because this assignment is a big part of your grade for the semester and it is very important for you.

Inspiration - Development - Purpose

In past group work, my friends and I have from time to time encountered group members who seem to be dependable but are problematic. They were often capricious, egotistical, etc., and caused all sorts of surprises and difficulties in our group work. This also reminds me of Murphy's Law, what can go wrong, must go wrong. As with the events that unfolded with these people, it often struck me that the strengths that were expected to come into play for them usually didn't unfold, and their weaknesses, more often than not, brought about unanticipated, yet justified, disasters. In the process of learning about game narratives, I learned that it is possible to create a narrative with multiple branches and multiple endings by using different personalities to build characters, and by using different dialogue and other elements. Therefore, I integrated some of my personal experiences into such a narrative structure, hoping to let players experience the pain and joy of group cooperation, and in the process learn something about meeting and working with people.

Foresight

During the design of this game, due to time constraints. I used open-source art materials. If I have more time and opportunity in the future, I hope to use original art materials to create a more detailed and relevant visual experience. Meanwhile, there are currently four endings in the story, and in the future, I hope to design more diversified and interesting endings, so that players can feel the diversity of human nature and the helplessness of reality.
